Extreme Reach Platform UX Design
-
Extreme Reach is an AdTech company that enables omnichannel campaign activation and insight worldwide: a single creative-to-media supply chain transforms workflow and reveals enterprise-wide insight. We are constantly innovating the platform to be more user-centric while designing for delight.
-
The platform's success is dependent on its network effects, clustering, multihoming, disintermediation, and network bridging. How it embraces and celebrates these modalities is through the cohesive user experience.
-
Several development teams have developed the sprints over time. However, as the company has grown, it has acquired other companies, and integrating legacy business and product services into an existing platform is never easy. We solve the problem by having core teams collaborate within cloud-based solutions with a two-week release cycle constantly measured against CX goals.
Every web project has different requirements, and platform design has unique challenges. Our platform is innovative because it replaces traditional legacy workflows like linear TV advertising and media trafficking or talent & rights management with cloud-based automation that handle the workflow programmatically. We are constantly adding new business SOPs to the platform and, because of those additions, are forced to update the UX to accomplish the goals of the new features. Creating a universal user style guide has been helpful, and creating a design system built from the atomic level up has made inter-departmental collaboration more effective.
